Payment is collected online at the time of ordering. Pricing is set per school and shown to you during registration.\n<\/p><h2 class=\"bde-f-text-114-143 bde-f-text kcs-prose-h\">\nChanges, pauses &amp; cancellations\n<\/h2><ul class=\"bde-f-container-114-150 bde-f-container kcs-prose-list\"><li class=\"bde-f-container-114-145 bde-f-container\"><div class=\"bde-f-text-114-144 bde-f-text\">\nYou can change, pause or cancel upcoming meals from your Meal Dashboard.\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"bde-f-container-114-147 bde-f-container\"><div class=\"bde-f-text-114-146 bde-f-text\">\nChanges must be made before the applicable cut-off time (confirmed at registration) so we can plan fresh preparation.\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"bde-f-container-114-149 bde-f-container\"><div class=\"bde-f-text-114-148 bde-f-text\">\nCancellations made before the cut-off are eligible for credit or refund as described below.\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"bde-f-text-114-151 bde-f-text kcs-prose-h\">\nRefunds\n<\/h2><ul class=\"bde-f-container-114-158 bde-f-container kcs-prose-list\"><li class=\"bde-f-container-114-153 bde-f-container\"><div class=\"bde-f-text-114-152 bde-f-text\">\nMeals cancelled before the cut-off time are refunded or credited to your account.\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"bde-f-container-114-155 bde-f-container\"><div class=\"bde-f-text-114-154 bde-f-text\">\nMeals already prepared or served are generally not refundable.\n<\/div><\/li><li class=\"bde-f-container-114-157 bde-f-container\"><div class=\"bde-f-text-114-156 bde-f-text\">\nIf we miss a service day on our end, or a meal is not served as ordered, you\u2019ll receive a full credit or refund.\n<\/div><\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"bde-f-text-114-159 bde-f-text kcs-prose-h\">\nMissed or absent days\n<\/h2><p class=\"bde-f-text-114-160 bde-f-text kcs-prose-p\">\nIf your child is absent, cancel the affected days before the cut-off to receive a credit.
